| What types of cards does Offramp provide?
Offramp offers both Virtual Cards and Physical Cards for users.
- Virtual Cards will be created instantly and can be used for online purchases after successful signup and account verification.
- Physical Cards can be used for in-store and ATM transactions worldwide where Visa/Mastercard is accepted.
| What card network does Offramp use?
Offramp cards are issued under the Visa network. This means you can use your card at any merchant or ATM that accepts Visa globally.
| What type of Visa card does Offramp offer?
Currently, Offramp issues Visa Signature cards.
Please note that the available card type may change from time to time based on our issuing partner’s program. You may contact Offramp Support to confirm the current card type before ordering.
| Is Offramp’s card a credit or debit card?
Offramp cards are technically Credit cards, prepaid Credit cards to be exact. While they function like credit cards for payments, they are not linked to a credit line.
To use your card, you must ensure it is funded with sufficient balance in your Offramp account.

| How do I activate my card?
- Virtual Cards are automatically activated once created.

Physical Cards can be activated through the Offramp app:
- Go to the Cards section.
- Select your card.
- Tap “Activate Card” and follow the instructions.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your card as well as the expiry date.
- Set your PIN and you should be good to go!
| Can I withdraw cash from an ATM using my Offramp card?
Yes. You can use your Physical Offramp card to withdraw cash at any ATM that supports Visa.
When prompted to choose an account type, select “Savings.”
| I lost my physical card. How can I lock or freeze it?
You can immediately freeze or lock your card from the Offramp app:
- Open the Cards tab.
- Select the affected card.
- Click on the Card Settings
- Toggle on the “Freeze Card”
- To complete the action, confirm the changes by clicking the “Freeze Card” button
| How much does it cost to replace a lost or damaged card?
Replacement Fee: $100
If your card was stolen or compromised, make sure to lock it immediately and contact Offramp Support to assist you with the replacement.
| I’m receiving an error when using my card. What should I do?
If your card transaction fails:
- Check that you have sufficient balance.
- Make sure the merchant or ATM accepts Visa.
- Confirm your card is active and not locked/frozen in the app.
- If the issue persists, contact Offramp Support and include:
- A screenshot of the error message
- The amount of the transaction
- The merchant or ATM name and location
- The last 4 digits of the affected card
| When does my card expire?
Both virtual and physical Offramp cards have an expiration date (MM/YY) that you can view in your Offramp account. Physical cards also have the expiration date printed on the back.
A replacement option is available directly in your Offramp account.
Note: Replacement fees apply for physical cards.
| Can I use my Offramp card for international transactions?
Yes. Offramp cards support both domestic and international purchases and ATM withdrawals, wherever Visa is accepted.
| There’s an unauthorized transaction on my card. How can I cancel or file a dispute?
If you notice any unauthorized or suspicious transaction on your Offramp card:
- Lock or freeze your card immediately from the Offramp app to prevent further activity.
- File a dispute directly from your account by following the steps in our article: How to File a Transaction Dispute
If your dispute is valid and confirmed as unauthorized, the amount will be reversed or refunded in accordance with Visa's dispute resolution policy.
| I received a refund on my card, but I can’t withdraw it. Why?
Please note that refunds received on your Offramp card are spendable only. This means refunded amounts cannot be withdrawn and can only be used for spending transactions (e.g., online or in-store purchases).
