| What are the fees for withdrawing cryptocurrency?
At the moment, Offramp does not charge any withdrawal fees.
| How long does it take for withdrawals to process?
Most withdrawals are processed within a few minutes. Delays may occur due to network congestion or additional security checks.
| What happens if I use the wrong wallet address?
Cryptocurrency Withdrawals are irreversible. If funds are sent to an incorrect address, they cannot be recovered. Always double-check your address before confirming.
| Do I need to complete KYC to withdraw?
Yes. All Offramp users must complete KYC verification to access platform features, including deposits, and withdrawals.
| What is 2FA, and why is it required for withdrawals?
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security by requiring a one-time code from your authenticator app or email/SMS. This protects your account and prevents unauthorized withdrawals.
| Do I need to set up Google Authenticator (GA) before making a withdrawal?
No. At the moment, Google Authenticator (GA) is not required for withdrawals. Users can still complete withdrawals using email-based two-factor authentication (2FA). However, for enhanced account security, we highly recommend enabling Google Authenticator 2FA.
| Where can I check my withdrawal details?
You can check your Withdrawal History from clicking two places on the Offramp interface:
Transactions Tab - Click on the “Transactions” option on the left-hand menu. This will show all deposits, withdrawals, and other transaction history.
Homepage Below the Cards – Scroll down below “My Cards”, “My Investments”, and “My Accounts”. Your recent transactions will appear there, once clicked it should redirect you to your transaction history as well.
